- Oxtail mix
- Ox braised in red wine, port, mirepoix etc…then mixed with carrot, courgette and celeriac.
- Osso buco
- Italian for “hollow bone”. An Italian dish of braised veal shanks, prized for the flavour imparted by the marrow bones.
